Nero software download scam

On 5th October I went onto what I thought was the official Nero site (Nero. UK-SOFTWARE.com) to download CD & DVD Burning software. When it came to the point of making my payment (of £33.68) I was redirected to a site which now turns out to be MBCONTACT.COM. I paid by Visa & printed off my receipt that had an email address on it i.e. software@suporthelp.net. I did not receive the email, as promised, with downloading instructions. In the past 24 hours I have twice emailed the address on the receipt and twice received replies giving instructions on downloading the software both with diferent wesite addresses and both of which are phoney addresses. I have contacted the original Nero. UK-SOFTWARE help desk who say they have no record of me. Clearly I have been the subject of a scam. My bank say they can't do anything and can't stop payment but advised me to contact Trading Standards which I have done and will pursue the matter.
