Items never received/ card charged

Ordered via email 2 pairs of Uggs boots - 11/17. Recevied order #Lulu3401 same day, monies came out of my account 11/22/10. Emailed uggslaeuk-serve@hotmail.com inquiring the payment situation and when could I expect my purchase. As of today Jan 13 I have had no response - no merchandise at all. Payment went thru www.showtopay.com. Obviously this is a fraud company and people need to be aware of this. I am hoping my back can trace back or do something at my end to refund me the money I have lost. Feel such a fool..
