Bought an Islander Jacket, on-line, ten days before Xmas. The money was taken, the next day. Didn't receive the item before Xmas, or in the run up to the New Year. Only had computer generated messages, when placing the order and emailing to ask about delivery.

New Year arrived and went, without any trace of the jacket. So after the statutory 21 days, decided to send an email asking what had happened to my order. Two phone calls, many emails and 10 days later still complete silence!!! I know there is someone there as the answerphone msg changed giving a different email address!

All I want is my money back. I am a disabled guy, where funds are obviously short. Yet a company with so called 'bargain' items are preying on people like myself. They have all the bonefide guarantees like the distance trading act and items sent by recorded delivery, but hollow promises when they do not deliver.

I see on this website many other unhappy customers, whose good faith has been taken advantage of. Companies like this should not be able to trade!

Wonder how Yahoo and Google will feel about this company appearing on their searches. And Lincs Trading Standard and 'Which', as well.

All customers want is the item or a prompt refund... A refund will make this disconsulate customer happy!!!
