I had a rear box fitted by kwikfit in richmond. It was not fitted right! so I took it back. They put my car up on the ramp, and then that was the point when they said, 'your cat is faulty' so i eventually broke down! when I had the car repaired, they said, 'the cat wasn't faulty, it was smashed, and banged badly when exhaust was fitted, I went back to them, and they suprissingly said, 'it was not us' the car did not make the noise before the back box was fitted, and now thanks to £500 for a £150 back box, it does not make any noise now. I wold strongly advise people, DON'T GO TO RICHMOND KWIKFIT, unless you have money to burn. It's not worth contacting the head office, because, once they get their money ouy of you, they just 'DON'T CARE'
