Shoddy parts and bad service

Had a replacement exhaust fitted by this company, the first fit hit the subframe on acceleration. This shared the exhaust bracket. 2nd fit also hit the subframe and shared the bracket. Suggested by sts to get engine mounts replaced. This was done at large cost (1000 pounds) a third pipe was fitted, this still hit subframe and snapped. Finally on a 4th fitting a different part was ordered, which had a different beefed style of mounting bracket, this was fitted and was clear of the subframe. Thought this was the end of it, but now it has shared again after 14 months, and refused warranty replacement despite previous history :-(total time for this escapade has been 3 years, and I am right back where I started.
