HIDDEN COSTS!!!

We arrived in Scotland on honeymoon. Collected our car at Edingburgh Airport. we asked for a GPS which was an extra cost. we agreed to that. then we were told we must take extra insurance. which we agreed to (even though our voucher said we had paid for insurance)
the agent never once said ANYTHING about a young driver surcharge. if he had have, I would have been the driver, not my husband!
i find it very unfair that the agent didnt tell us about the extra charge which ended up being an extra about GBP150!!
He said sign here here and here - you are signing for GPS, Insurance and collection of car.
NOTHING ABOUT YOUNG DRIVER SURCHARGE!!!
i have contact customer care and asked for the managers details but no one comes back to me!
