I booked a flight to Athens last Thursday and received an immediate response and a confirmation number. Today MOnday - i then checked my bank account to see only a commission to edreams had been taken. I then check my e-mails to find that the price had gone up £120. Calling e-dreams they tell you booking is not confirmed until you receive the second e-mail. What a con!!! And to make it worse the flight is now no longer available. WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am still waiting for the commission they are quick to take to be refunded to me.
