Failure to refund fare

My complaint is directed at an online travel agency calling itself Edreams, operating out of Milan and Barcelona among other cities.

Enightmares might be a more appropriate title.

My long-haul flights were cancelled by the airline, but Edreams have taken more than two months to fully refund the fare (and I still haven't received a single cent) despite promises that they would do so. They repeatedly contradict themselves, saying the refund has been authorized, then that it hasn't been, then that it has.

According to Edreams' emails, payment was supposed to take 'about four weeks' then 'about six weeks'. In response to my messages, they reply anonymously, adding at the end of each brief response that if I still have doubts, that I should call them. Given the cost of international calls, and their failure to respond to my complaints so far, I certainly don't think it would do any good.

I am angry and upset and advise anyone contemplating using EDreams not to do so.
