Alpha Flights
No refund for cancelled flight

I have just submitted a complaint about not receiving a refund from Kingfisher Airlines and noticed that at the top of your page is an Alpha Flights advert. Well, we booked through Alpha Flights and they have not helped us at all to obtain a refund from Kingfisher so I would never use them again. So Kingfisher and Alpha Flights - I think your customer care and service are appalling and would warn all readers not to use either of you.
