Unclear pricing

I went in to texaco petrol station on maidstone rd, chatham kent. it had big sign saying cut price fuel today £1.31. so i pulled in and put unleaded petrol in my car. it wasnt till id done that, that i realised that the pumop i was at had the premium unlead which was £1.49. when i paid i told the clerk that there should be better pricing he laughed and said it happen alot. i pointed out that this was not funny. is there anything that can be done about this as i h=eneded up paying an extra 19p for my fuel
