Rip Off

Offered product on 14 day free trial on 2nd September product arrived 7 days later on 9th September, as far as I am concerned the 14 day free trial started then, however on the 17th September the company charged my credit card for £112.50 before the end of the 14 day trial period, I complained to them, and they just quote terms and conditions. They refuse to refund money taken illegally from my credit card. I have returned the product to them within the 14 day trial and within the 21 days they stated, but they say they will not accept returns without an RMA what ever that is, before sending the goods back I telephoned the company and stated to the person there I wanted to send the product back and could I have an address, she gave me this willingly. I have numerous emails to and from them, not one has the name of a person to contact. I feel this is a real rip off and scam.
