Unothorized withdrawl from my account

I purchased two trial products under the basis I pay postage and package only at £2.95 each. My products arrived on the 19/01, however this company took an unothorized payment of £74.95 out my account on the 17th of Jan. I called them to resolve this. I was kept on the phone for 40 mins repeatedly placed on hold, I was told I couldn't get a refund as I had expired my trial period, then i was offered half the money back, finally after much discussion i was told I would get a refund in next ten days. I tried to find the companies web address and all I could find was endless emails from people who had been ripped off. Please please can you help me
