Hello, I played a free promo on rockbet casino and won $50, I wanted to withdrawl, march 12th. I used there secure and safe withdrawl method echecks account, they asked me to deposit 25 dollars to withdrawl $75.00. The process took until april 28th with all the rules and regulations, I was suppose to recieve this amount in my personal account april 28th, went to see if I recieved my funds and they told me the echecks system was temp closed, i would have to use there trans parent NEW echecks account to get my funds, so of course I signed not seeing a thing and they told me I would have to deposit again because it was a new account, no money still, they emailed me and told me that account was not available, next thing I know is my personal account was overdrafted, they took $25 another 25 and another 75dollars, now they only offer ONE safe and secure withdrawl method which is usemywallet- quicktender, so I opened that account and usemywallet wants me to deposit with my debit card to get my winnings and now my very own money and charge me $30 to do so. well I instantly closed that account out and put a claim in fraud dept in my personal bank and its on hold and can't be used. I have over 100 dollars invested in fees and 125 dollars they took out of account bank, and 150 they gave back to my playable account at rockbet and no other way to recieve my money except to use quicktender, so money is just sitting there. I went to read quicktender rules and found yall doing so and I am so glad to kn ow that how I was feeling about being scammed is TRUE.
