I thought I was ordering a free sample of the product life cleanse for $5.95 shipping and handling. I rec'd the one bottle and was charged on my mastercard Sept. 25/09 a sum of $133.98. I would like a refund please, I will be returning the product. And on Nov. 12/09, I rec'd another bottle of colon cleanse and was charged $137.13 and $11.86 for shipping and handling. Both bottles I rec'd had the exact same ingredients. I will also be returning the 2nd bottle and would like a refund. The total amount owing to me is $282.97. My customer no: 80267402 and order no: 105-80267402.

Please cancel anymore orders you are planning on sending to me in the future. I realize you have a big complaint department, and it does state in your terms and conditions you have the right to send more at a cost of 79 pounds and 3.95 pounds for postage. Please cancel asap. This is not a fair or honest way to do business.
