Twice returned, no refund

I purchased a watch from Montres Charmex in Geneva in 2008. 10 months later it needed a major repair as 2 of 3 functions were disabled and broken. It was returned at my cost, and repaired. 10 months later, the same fault developed, again I paid for the return, but on this occasion I requested a refund. This has been denied and I am only offered a repair or another watch from their range. I find this totally unacceptable and we are at this point only because of their faulty watch. I remain hopeful that they will see sense, but honestly the customer service right up to the CEO is just a disgrace. i would avoid purchasing any MONTRES CHARMEX product. In the event they change their mind (after 3 months its unlikely but I remain hopeful), I will delete this message.
