Its a scam! Recorded off the TV!

I bought the entire Cagney & Lacey DVD collection for my mum as she is a massive fan. This wasn't at the time available in the UK - so I was pleased when I found the set on TVAddicts.

When the set arrived they were obviously copies. The covers were photocopies that someones knocked up in their bedroom. All episodes were copied straight from the TV with the picture & sound being unwatchable. I even had to sit through all the commercials :(

I have now had over 30 emails from them telling me that my money has been refunded & that it has been referred to a manager. As this is a toll free number I cannot access it from the UK.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!
