I purchased what I thought was a Limited Edition boxed set of The Little House on the Prairie for an extra special Christmas Present. When it arrived, what utter misery, they are not authentic, they are copies, and not very good copies at that, the boxes (old vhs boxes) is photocopied (so badly, you can hardly see the picture) the discs are in plastic covers & numbered by hand.

Is there any comeback for this company I have just come by this website & see there are complaints dating back months for the TVDVD store, how came the authorities have not cracked down on them.

I have sent a complaint to the TVDVD store, but having read the complaints listed here, somehow I do not think my complaint will be dealt with!
