Very good comedy drama on the whole. However this episode featured a midwife who advised her pregnant woman client not to take antibiotics prescribed for a urinary tract infection. As untreated unrinary tract infections are potentially very dangerous in pregnancy no registered midwife would do this. This would be unsafe practice and would likely result in the midwife being taken off the register. Portrayal of such an incompetent supposedly qualified midwife practicing in this way is gives an entirely unacceptable impression of the midwifery profession.
