Virginmedia / 3 for 30
Overcharging, Misleading Salesman and poor service

I took out a 3 for 30 package and was charged £30 each month. I upgraded on line to Large Broadband for an extra £7/month. Recently I was checking my bank statements and found that they are drawing £10 per month extra. Also, some months they have charged me twice.

I called them and they said they had removed some of my discounts without notifying me. When I took the product it was not a time limited offer where discounts would be removed thereafter and now I'm at a loss about how I can get my money back.

Any advice appreciated.
