My tv got delivered to the rong addresse and I never resized it

Tesco collected my tv to be fixed. Two weeks later ihad a text to say thay was delivering it back on that day .the driver took it to the caravan park next door some one said it belonged to them and signed for it tesco customer care said thay couldn't do anything about it as thay had revived a signecher on the pad so I didn't get my tv back
