Haven't received a bill for 2 months. They keep taking my Direct Debit and I don't even know what I am paying for. I have phoned on numerous occasions and was promised hard copies and emails and nothing, nothing, nothing. Every single person I deal with lies and there is no official complaint procedure, no supervisor, no accountability. It's absolutely disgusting!!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN; SHAME ON RICHARD BRANSON!!!
