A scam you think it is itunes account

Was trying to register for itunes and this site came up with form for details when you fill it in you end up with a bill for £57.oo pounds and you cant find company properly as it doesnt state it on email there is no way you can cancel it and you cant find site either this is a scam and should be barred from the internet they are making a lot of money out of people and this is what puts people off getting accounts of any type online .am very annoyed.
