Ripped off

I received a phone call from Astar travel telling me i had won a two week holiday to florida and the bahamas but was asked to pay a nominal fee of £349 from my visa. I was told a few details but that all details would be e-mailed to me and a copy sent in mail. I thought this was all legitimate but two weeks on i have not received anything. I looked the company up on the internet and found all these complaints from people about them which leaves me to believe i have been ripped off alon with a lot of other people worldwide.
