To prove our commitment towards our low prices, we constantly check our prices against our competitors and with our price-beat promise, should you find the exact same flight anywhere else at a lower price, we will not match the price, we’ll simply beat it.

I found a better price with travelbag, below is there condition for this offer.

Terms & Conditions

1. The offer applies to the current price of the exact same flights offered by a high street travel agent, website or call centre.

2. The offer is subject to the written confirmation of the other travel agent's quote. You will be required to fax or email a written quote from the other travel agent on their headed paper/email to 0870 2201039 or uk@westeasttravel.com with the following information:

· name of travel agent

· specific flight details

· dates of travel

· the number of people travelling (clearly stating adults, children and infants)

· price details

· any conditions applicable to the travel agent's quote

3. WestEast Travel reserves the right to contact the travel agent providing the quote to verify the information and will aim to contact you within the same day.

4. WestEast Travel reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

If you read this you have to actually have to book the better price before you get confirmation, i wrote to them several times attaching an emal from travelbag stating the booking and the price, below is the reply from west east travel.

Dear Mr Stuart,

Many thanks for your email, and for contacting us. Unfortunately, there isn’t a promotion with EVA Air at the moment for Nov, which I believe is a misquote from Travelbag. I am afraid I will not be able to offer a price beat on this occasion, and hope that Travelbag will honour this price for you.
