Fantastic Service

I in June my wife and I flew from Cape Town to Boston USA via Heathrow in economy class. All legs of the flight were rather lengthy and one tends to dread this type of flight. But I have to say British Airways went out of their way to provide a pleasant trip. The staff were always courteous, polite and helpful, the seating was OK too.
I just wanted to say good work and well done as I felt it deserved the complement!
