Don't Trust British Airways

I bought refundable return ticket one of the agencies from British Airways from Turkey to South Africa stopover London. They told me I don't have transit visa and they didn't send me to the plane. They didn't refund my ticket. They cancelled my return ticket as well. Now I am in South Africa fighting with the British Airways and its agency. I am writing BA and they are sending me to agency. Agency is taking more money and doing nothing. they dont check their agencies. They are getting money doing nothing. I didn't spend anything to buy my flight and I had to buy my new plain ticket.
