Refund of tickets

I purchased 6 tickets from Hoodaki and fully paid for them. Unfortunately I had to cancel two of the 6 tickets due to one of the family members finding out that she is pregnant and cannot travel. This is all 6 months before we travel, mind you. Explained all this to the Agent requesting a refund which is stated on my tickets I am allowed. The worse part is getting 1/4 % of the ticket as a refund. I was not informed about this when I purchased the tickets.

They are rude and don't listen to what you are trying to explain.

Not happy at all.
