R travel are a joke, they said they would ring me back when trying to book the holiday they never rang back countless times, I paid the deposit which they said was 50 pounds each and that was it until the final payment. After them continuing to mess me about I cancelled the holiday by letter which I was told to, and it was before the date I had to cancel it. They then told me I owed them an extra 160 pounds deposit *which was on no paperwork or had never been mentioned to me* I contacted trading standards and they are on to them. Recently they have deducted (without authorisation) the money from my MUMS account because I used her card for the first deposit. Its not her holiday, and they should not be taking money from random peoples accounts let alone mine. Its theft, and I will be getting in contact with a solicitor over it. DO NOT TRUST R-TRAVEL.
