[URL Removed] had false info on products

I bought a set of bicycle wheels based on their advertised weight and found out that the advertised weight was false and their information did not mention a rider weight limit which I found out by checking the manufacturer's web page. I could not cancel the order no matter what and I paid for 'tracked courier delivery' and got post office delivery instead. These details were all ignored by [URL Removed] support staff who made false promises that the order had been cancelled and would not be delivered. I had to pay duties when the wheels arrived and therefore would have lost a lot of money by returning them, so I didn't. Their support staff said I should refuse the delivery but then the wheels would probably have gone missing. I tried to cancel the order before 12 hours had passed after I ordered them and [URL Removed] refused and then said that they had cancelled but blatantly **** about it.
