They scam you out of money

I agreed to recieving a sample product for free all i had to pay was the postage, i had a phone call to confirm my address but the guy an american on the phone pushed another product on me saying it was free and something about a free 10 day trail. 10 days later i got billed £59.99 twice for these so called samples, i called them tocancel reoccurring 30 day orders and to complain, they agreed to refund me one lot of £59.99, but thats as far as i have got they will not refund anymore, its a scam. help!
