Uksoccershop.com Beware. UKSoccershop is a FRAUD! Hamilton

On June 9, I ordered an orange Holland soccer jacket from UKSoccershop.com and paid for the purchase via my paypal account. But UKSoccershop shipped a wrong item, a blue jacket, to me (later, I found out from many other victims that it is UKSoccershop's normal business practice to send out a wrong item intentionally, either wrong color or wrong size, if the item you order is not in stock). I sent the wrong item back to UKSoccershop by US postal service (paid for the postal charge out of my own pocket!) and asked for a refund. As of today (July 22), UKSoccershop has not issued any refund to my paypal account.
