Non delivery of goods

In December I ordered goods (clothing and shoes) from AEP. My C487fard account was debited the next day. The goods did not arrive and in Januaty I queried what was happening. I had given some leeway given the busy Christmas period. I received a reply within a day saying that one of the items was out of stock and was awaiting delivery from the suppliers. I have followed this up on several occassions since but with no response.
