I recently ordered from **** UK online. I firstly enquired on how long the shipping would take to SA from the UK. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response from Hannah. I specifically wanted my ordered items in specific colours. She informed me that colours are chosen at random, but she would do her best for me.

I ordered the items and within 3 days the items arrived. They were in the colours that I specified.

I just want to say a big thank as it is not often you receive prompt service and a consultant willing to go the extra mile.
