Fraud, Stole Money, Didnt Send Items, Never Sent Money Back Newtownabbey

Its pretty simple really. I ordered 2 items from this website which were a 1/3000 Limited Edition Undertaker Figure and a signed Rey Mysterio Promo Card.

I ordered the items successfully and the money came out of my bank account, it was around 28 pounds altogether. I also made sure that my name and adress were correct so my items would be delivered to the right house.

It has now been around a month since I ordered the items and I havent received my money back, my items or I havent even had a reply when emailing them.
