Lost all my original educational testimonials and spoiled my entire future due to carelessness and negligence and don't bother to find them or compensate in any way. ripoff, Middlesex

I am in UK since two months on a working holiday visa, I didnt carry my original educational certificates and marksheets with me to UK with a fear of missing them in the transit as hand bags to UK were not being allowed to UK those days.

I advised at my home back in India to send all my educational documents by courier as that will be safe.

The documents were sent by UBX courier by cash on delivery method, the consignment also contained some expensive garments of mine. The courier was despached from (India) on 21st of september, Airway bill number: 300112637.ex mumbai.

After one week when the courier did not arrive I contacted the company and was told that customs is holding the parcel for checking and will be delivered once reliesed by customs.

I kept checking with the company but after one more week was told that the parcel is misplaced, and was told that was UBX gave me a letter in writing that some other company has picked up the parcel from the customs (courier facilities ltd) by mistake.

It was the responsibility of the courier company UBX to pick up the parcel before somebody else does, it contained all my original educational certificates of: SSC, Intermediate, Graduation, MBA, computer diplomas and marksheets.

Now I cannot find a suitable job here in UK for not having any education certificates, Wherever I go to any country I will need them else my entire future is spoiled, I will have to go back to india to get the duplicate certificates issued and as I am here since two months jobless I cannot afford to do so, and also getting the duplicate copies involves lots of expenses.

They have wasted my time, energy, money and entire career and now refusing to compensate for the same.

Please help.
