Ripoff report scam from Scotland

We are currently having problems with this company aswell as other users of this service.

Despite having no recollection of ever having talked to anybody from this company our Managing Director received a report in the mail.

It was treated as junk mail and filed away unread in a relevant filing section in case it may ever be useful. The accompany letter, full of waffle, which did mention an approval period and costs was only partially read.
Now we are getting letters demanding 395 as the report was not returned inside 21 days.

The matter is now in the hands of our legal department.
