Virus scam

I was sent a link on my chat which i clicked on then told it was for a £4.50 subscription weekly & if i didnt fill in a survey i would be banned from facebook, now everytime i go on my computer it is asking me to fill out the survey or i will be banned for 80mins then need to do it again or i will be banned from the site altogether, i filled out the survey and had to give my mobile no to which they sent me loads of messages one after the other before i could reply stop, i sent them a message telling them i was going to get in touch with you and that i better not be billed for any of the messages or im calling the police, i have not heard back from them & still cannot get on to my face book, could you please help me with this
