Paid money but No service no order delivered

I paid for my order 11 days ago and nothing has been delivered. I contacted twice over the phone customer service, there were rude answers, no information, I was told they can not help, they know nothing. I requested my money back and was told they can not do that. Please help me to get my refund £57.59, order number 71613/140816/77, it bad enough having disabled child, and, when we need the equipment asap, the company is a scam.
