Wrong Items Sent & No Refund

I placed a small order initially with Sensory Education and the items all arrived correct, except 1. I tried to contact them about it, but heard no response. I put this just down to human error. When I went to bulk order from them I was sent almost all the wrong items, and I cannot get hold of anybody to speak to. The phone goes straight to voicemail and nobody responds to emails. I've lost over £80.00 which will not be refunded. Appalling company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. COMPLETE SCAM
