Breaking the law

I should start with saying STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I rented room from them a year ago and my life became a hell. I mean it. The room starter to fall apart shortly after I moved in. They make the house look like its old but actually in the right condition. Well its not. Ok even tho you can somehow survive without lets say proper furniture. As soon as you pay the deposit and sign the contract the problems start. First week in my new rented room, I am laying in bed, watching tv, half naked, suddenly I can hear someone trying to open the door with the key and the doors are slowly opening. I stand up rushing towards the door to push them and prevent someone to break in. My heart is almost dead at that point I am in shock. Dont know what is happening. Im taking my phone and calling the agency but they are not responsive. Wow, ok well I cant get in touch with them so same day I drive to their office but they dont have time for me. Ok I send them official letter to stop harassment. No answer but at least I have a prove I contacted the agency, inform them about situation that had happend. Not so long time after again same situation but actually I locked myself inside and someone very hardly tried to break the door. I called the bartlett group agency and a woman named LOPEZ PILLAR answered so I tell her what happend and that is a crime and I have to call police. She hangs up the phone and sends me email that I cant visit family. LOL. Wow. Lack of words. Ok I have to say that the agency doesnt follow the law. Apart from that the people working there are simply stupid and not educated. Very rude, unprofessional, immature. I have contacted the right institution to report their behaving. I know 3 names that are mainly responsible for agency: JOANNA MARCINIAK, LOPEZ PILLAR, ANNA TROCHIMCZUK. When I moved out they havent give me back my deposit for no reason and again they are not responsive. I reported that too. They are horrible people. They are scums and thieves. I am writing this complaint to prevent other people from making mistake that Ive made by renting room from them. Please if you read this stay away from them. If you already are having problems with them and dont know what to do please contact your nearest council or citizen advice. They will tell you what kind of actions you can take against them. Any other person who will report their breaking the law will help to sue them. They have only negative opinions and anyone who rented property from them will tell you to avoid them.
