The Property And Mortgage Co are the free holders of 30 Snowshill Road, Manor Park which has 17 apartments. The main doors to the building remain permanently open in a spot that is frequent by drug users. The lifts are always filled with urine and the hallways are filled with cigarette buds and needles along with used condoms. The building is mainly occupied with families, some with small children including myself. No parent has to explain to their child what that horrible smell is in the corridor. This company is an absolute disgrace.
