They just take your money

I was told that for a subscription fee which came to just under £300GBP that I could expect to recieve property lists suitable to my budget and criteria as soon as payment cleared, this was in the early to mid December. I was sent expired lists of properties as an indication to what I could expect from the service available but as soon as they had my money Mr Ford became increasingly difficult to contact, originally he claimed that as part of the service he would regularly be sending me property lists and contacting me in order to help me proceed if I so wish, when I finally did hear from him it was in order to inform me that unfortunately I had just missed out on lots of auctions and that he was waiting for new lists, later I was told there would be a delay due to the approaching holiday period, when by January I still had not heard anything I simply requested a refund as no service had commenced, he e-mailed me recommending I contact a J Hartley as she deals with refunds so I forwarded my complaint on to her, she e-mailed me back informing me that my refund request had been declined, when I disputed the rejection she called me via telephone and during our conversation she recommended that I take the matter up with my solicitor if I dissagreed with her descission rather than waist her time e-mailing her on the matter, I have saved all the emails to and from regarding the matter and suffice to say that I have been unable to contact a real person since, the only contact I have with the company now are repeated automated advertisements for non suitable properties and seminars I have no interest in...
