Passport Progress

I applied for my passport on 10/05. I was asked to send in my certificate of Naturalisation which I did within one week after applying for my passport. I sent the original to avoid them writing back and asking for the original. I enclosed a self addressed envelope for return of the document. It is now 24th June. I have not heard from or received anything in the post.

I have sent three faxes, have left 9 voicemails and have made 137 calls in total now. Every single time I have called I have only received a voicemail option and no one can help me. I need to travel to South Africa on 5th July and cannot postpone my trip.

I don't understand why they give you the option to call when there is no one to answe rthe phones.
