Potato delivery driver PISSING in hedges opposite house

Witnessed a large fellow in a hi vis vest who was delivering to your shop pissing in hedges by main footpath in full view. The vehicle he was in was reg number Y53 KKN when confronted he got bolshy saying "thers nobody here" meaning at your shop. If thos case how do u accept deliverys with no staff? I find it disgusting that someone whos handling food would piss in hedges on a main path tp a school.
