More than 2 months ago, I ordered something for my baby through the website of Lilimay. Confirmation email arrived the next day. 3 days later another email arrived stating the item was out of stock (while it clearly said on the website that it was in stock). I called them and they said it would arrive the next week. Of course nothing happened, so called them back, same story: 'next week' (while you could still 'order' this item on the website. I even mentioned this to them, but they said they were 'understaffed'. Well, hire more staff then!). After 3 weeks and still no delivery, I called the manufacturer's head office of the product I ordered. They told me that they took this item out of collection and they didn't even have stock in their central warehouse anymore. So Lilimay would never ever be able to deliver this item to me. Why Lilimay failed to call the manufacturer in the first place and save me the trouble of waiting for my item, no idea... I decided to call Lilimay again and obviously cancel the order and demand a refund. No problem they said, the amount will be refunded to your credit card. More than a month later and I'm still waiting for my refund! No news from the Lilimay front of course! So my advice: de NOT use this website, you'll regret it!
