Unable to send email pics to FB

I have recently aquired a new samsung phone... however since then have been unable to send pics direct to FB via email..using my pecial FB address... which i could with my old samsung phone... I keep getting the message..whenever i attempt to..."No response from hotmail"... if you do not deal with these problems perhaps you can tell me who could... thank you... maurene kauter (maureneka@hotmail.com)
