Unorthorised Charges

I authorised a $1.50 starter pack charge, which was taken from my CC account.

However an additional US$47.00 GBS 34.10 was taken without my authorisation.

I am not sure how this works but GOOGLE should not be allowing this to happen.

Starter pack never received either???

Any feed back/ refunds very welcome.
