Refusing to refund me

These scammers White Label Dating took £89 by direct debit in Jan21, I contacted them and cancelled my subscription in Feb 21 and asked for a refund of the unused subscription, they refused saying that I should have cancelled before they took the payment and that my membership would remain for the period of renewal. So they have basically stolen my money and are forcing me to remain a member.
I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE TO AVOID THIS ORGANISATION LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Their website is designed to make it hard to contact them and if you do hear from them it is normally a few lines in their favor, they are not interested in fair play and only want your money. A disgusting and unprofessional organisation, I will continue to bombard them with emails until I am refunded.
