Exorbitant shipping fees

Postal prices in France can be pretty horrendous so I thought I'd give Parcel Flow a go... What a mistake... They wanted to charge me £27.00 to send a tiny package that weighed a couple of hundred grams!
I emailed them twice to find out why they are so expensive but as you can imagine... Absolutely no response. So the situation now is that unless I stump up their exorbitant fee, I won't get my parcel. They are pretty much holding people to ransom. You only have to look on Site Jabber to see how unhappy other customers they have been submitted to the UK complaints board by at least one other customer.
