Worst customer service eve

We bought a telescopic enclosure for Our swimming pool. Company supplied it and built it but one of the girders was damaged at the time of construction. The company promised to replace it and it appeared to be no problem however he has still not arrived three years later. We have chased numerous times but lately have a new problem as a leak has occurred. Eventually got hold of the company, promised faithfully to fix it before Christmas. Still hasn't been fixed and cannot get hold of the company. Communication with this company is appalling and I think that they deliberately avoid my calls. I would recommend that know one deal with this company as the after sales service is non-existent.
